These are concepts, not completed projects. Each future project description should identify status, research question, proposed method, expected output, current stage and UDAF domains.
Resilient Settlement Standard is a conceptual UDAF criteria framework, not a state building code, mandatory certification or an adopted technical standard. The present stage is concept development. Draft versions use v0.x; v1 may be assigned only after actual review. Criteria cover energy, water, wastewater, roads, drainage, connectivity, security, governance, finance, maintenance, redundancy, emergencies and recovery.
UDAF Community OS and Resilient Village remain concepts. Proposed outputs are respectively an information model for community operations and a cross-domain settlement framework; neither is presented as a deployed product. Next steps: define inputs, methods and review partners.
